## Job description
- 根据具体方向开展面向工程机械、工业机器人等实体设备的多模态感知、任务推理、动作生成和闭环执行算法研发。
- 参与VLA、机器人基础模型、端到端策略或世界模型的预训练、微调、后训练、评测和性能优化。
- 研究行为克隆、离线强化学习、Diffusion Policy、Flow Matching等方法，提升长时序任务规划和连续动作生成能力。
- 建设真实采集、遥操作、专家示范、仿真及合成数据闭环，开展数据治理、困难样本挖掘和模型迭代。
- 推进Sim2Real、域随机化、跨设备迁移、安全约束和端侧部署，并通过仿真及实机实验验证算法效果。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上；计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数学、电子信息等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握Python及PyTorch或JAX，熟悉Transformer、VLM/LLM、VLA、强化学习、行为克隆、世界模型或生成式策略方法。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑思维清晰、学习能力强，具备技术钻研、问题定位、沟通协作和结果意识。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
