## Job description
- 根据具体方向建立工程机械、机器人、施工材料或作业过程的动力学、物理机理及数字孪生模型。
- 搭建CAD或数字模型到仿真场景的资产管线，开发参数化场景生成、领域随机化和批量试验能力。
- 开展真实试验数据反演、物理参数标定、模型相关性分析和误差修正，提升仿真精度及可解释性。
- 建设大规模并行仿真、自动化调度和性能优化能力，支撑算法训练、测试及Sim-to-Real验证。
- 设计现场或实验验证方案，分析仿真与实测差异，推动机理模型、算法和技术文档持续迭代。

### 学历与专业
- 硕士及以上（部分研究方向要求博士）；计算机、自动化、机械、力学、材料、机器人、数学等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握C++或Python，熟悉至少一种物理引擎、数值仿真或有限元/离散元工具，具备机理建模、参数标定和仿真验证能力。

### 软性素质
- 逻辑思维清晰、学习能力强，具备技术钻研、问题定位、沟通协作和结果意识。

### 其他补充
- 有相关科研、竞赛、实习或项目经历者优先；能够根据项目需要配合试制、测试、现场调试或短期出差。
