## Job description
- 负责国内产品安装调试、维修保养、故障诊断和现场技术支持。
- 受理客户问题并协调研发、质量和配件资源，推动问题快速闭环。
- 开展客户、代理商或服务人员的技术培训和能力建设。
- 维护服务记录和客户关系，分析故障数据并推动产品与服务改善。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上；机械、车辆工程、电气、自动化、新能源等相关专业优先。

### 技能要求
- 掌握设备或车辆结构原理、故障诊断和维修方法，具备现场问题解决及客户沟通能力。

### 软性素质
- 客户意识和目标意识强，具备沟通表达、关系维护、团队协作、自我驱动和抗压能力。

### 其他补充
- 国际或驻外方向需具备岗位要求的英语/小语种沟通能力，并能接受必要的海外出差或驻外安排；有相关实习、项目或行业经历者优先。
