As a Product Manager within our Dupixent Dermatology team, you will feel part of this ambition, while being responsible for the strategy & execution of Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology. An important pillar in the Dupi that will have a great impact on patients living with AD and PN. Ready to get started? ### Main responsibilities - Lead the strategic marketing plan for Patients and Digital Channels in Dermatology, ensuring optimal market penetration and adoption - Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing tactical plan, aligned with global product objectives - Coordinate effectively with other functions (especially Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access…) - Develop educational & promotional materials, GTM strategies & projects with consistent messaging and brand identity across the ecosystem - Establish strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs) in the rheumatology community, capturing relevant opinions from external stakeholders to integrate into marketing strategy definition and tactical plans. Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis, integrating all necessary information (market analysis reports, ad-hoc studies, field visits with sales teams, and consultations with key opinion leaders) Maintain regular contact with Global Marketing team to obtain and provide information about the local situation, competitors, strategies, markets & Glocal strategic approach. - Supervise and control the A&P budget allocated for the brand, maximizing resources to achieve budgeted objectives - Support sales force excellence by ensuring training and competitive tools are in place About you Education & experience - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related Health Sciences; Master’s or MBA preferred Previous experience in Marketing & Digital channels highly preferred Previous experience in the dermatology market will be valued Skills: Strategic thinking: gather, analyze, and apply regional & national insights to inform strategic decisions. ### Cross-functional teamwork Works effectively with other team members & cross-functional teams Innovative mindset & Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new information Solution-oriented & motivated professional with a “can do” attitude, willing to work in a new environment Comfortable working collaboratively with different stakeholders, both internally & externally Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal Why choose us? The salary range for this position is:€60 000,00 - €80 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
