## Job description

1 、大区经理 主要职责： 战略和销售运营管理 区域组织以及团队建设 内外部客户沟通 要求： 大学专科及以上相关专业学历 至少6年以上制药行业销售经验 至少4年销售团队管理经验 具备行业知识以及产品知识 2 、地区经理 主要职责： 业务和人员管理 要求： 大学专科及以上相关专业学历 至少3年以上制药行业经验 至少1年以上管理经验 具备行业知识以及产品知识 专业技能：客户管理、区域管理、实地辅导、面试技巧 领导力：敢于改变、横向合作、发展人才、团队领导 Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
