Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialis t is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs. They will need to effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters. This role will be responsible to source for Europe region spanning across 10+ countries in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023/2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region have been 6000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience Main responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for bringing the best talent to Sanofi. You’ll need to search for talent on various channels, engage with them, and evaluate their capabilities You’ll source for Key roles across the identified region – consistently maintain a healthy pipeline Maintains and engages with a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles through various channels Part of your tasks will be supporting Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels To provide excellent support you’ll be able provide market mapping data in collaboration with our talent insights team and able to understand and present the data for our business leaders to influence hiring decisions About you You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. ### Experience As a successful a Talent Sourcer, you have: Exceptional record of sourcing preferably in the healthcare sector - Ability to scan the market to identify key profiles - Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations Soft and technical skills Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills Negotiation skills Search and sourcing skills Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems. The salary range for this position is:Ft9 120 000,00 - Ft12 160 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
