## Job description

### Trade Operational Support Intern Location

Prague (Hybrid-1 day from the office mandatory)

### Job Type

Internship - 20 h/week About the Job Our Team: Join Sanofi's Trade Department, a dynamic and cross-functional team dedicated to managing tender operations, institutional key account activities, and trade business priorities. You will work closely with the Head of CZ, Tender Manager, and Institutional Key Account Managers, contributing directly to the team's day-to-day operational success.

### Main Responsibilities

Administrative Support
- Coordinate and support internal and cross-functional meetings
- Handle administrative activities associated with the Trade Department's operations Manage Trade correspondence efficiently and professionally

### Tender Management Support
- Assist with tender administration and management processes
- Support tender contract management activities
- Administer and maintain the Tender Management tool

### Order & System Management
- Manage orders in the ordering system
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of trade-related transactions

### Meeting & Documentation Management
- Prepare and manage minutes from Trade & Revenue Committee meetings
- Document and distribute minutes from team meetings Cross-Functional Collaboration Cooperate with all GBUs (Global Business Units) and functions across the organization
- Contribute to projects connected to Trade business priorities

### About You

Education: Currently enrolled in a Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field Languages: Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)

### Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented approach, ability to work both independently and as part of a team Pursue Progress, Discover Extraordinary Better is out there.
