5 - 8 Year in a similar position Education: Communications and Electronics Engineer or similar.

### English

80% Knowledge: Management instruments and equipment testing, failure analysis, and knowledge of radical telecommunications standards ofrecuencia NTSC and HD desirable domain of statistics and control.

### Skills

Personnel management Decision making, initiative and resource management.
