Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis. Support Aftermarkets Technical Support Reps and Customer Service Representatives. Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance. Promote Sandvik products and services. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades. ### A little about you While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success: Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering. ### Skills Proficiency Multirail systems, PE cells and automation, 3D scans, wear liner performance, CONiQ system tests, technical reporting, and excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer relationship management. Excellent understanding of hydraulic and electrical components and schematics. ### Other Willingness to travel extensively, work on weekends, and visit sites at short notice.
