## Job description

At Seco SOLVA, we are looking for a Project Engineer who combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with technical leadership to develop and implement innovative production solutions.

- Experience developing manufacturing processes from concept through production launch
- Advanced CAD/CAM programming expertise, including multi-axis machining environments
- Hands-on machining and manufacturing expertise
- Ability to identify production challenges and engineer practical solutions
- Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with customers

### Position Summary

As a Project Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for manufacturing improvement, industrialization, and process optimization projects.

You will develop machining strategies, design manufacturing processes, program and validate CAD/CAM solutions, and deliver production-ready solutions that create measurable customer value.

### Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Development, CAD/CAM Programming, Technical Engineering, Project Leadership, Customer Engagement, Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Safety Compliance.

### Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience. Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation. Why Join Seco? Travel Requirements Travel up to approximately 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel. #LI-REMOTE
