The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the usage of various regional systems and provide insights to the relevant business operations Role and Responsibilities System Enhancement Planning: - Drive the roadmap planning and prioritization of enhancements for regional systems based on business needs and user feedback. ### Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis - Conduct deep dives into pain points reported by subsidiaries across various systems. - Provide root cause analyses and recommend system or process improvements. ### System Development Task Monitoring - Track and monitor monthly man-hours and development progress across key regional systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource plans. ### KPI & Adoption Tracking - Analyze monthly usage data and evaluate adoption progress of core systems by subsidiaries against set KPIs. - Prepare and deliver PowerPoint & Excel reports summarizing project status, risks, and key updates to management. ### Vendor Management - Review and verify monthly invoices for vendor services; ensure timely submission for payment processing. - Support annual review of vendor operations contracts to ensure alignment with performance and scope.. ### Survey Administration Support - Provide ad hoc support for HQ-led surveys, including coordination, communication with subsidiaries, and data collection. ### System Training - Coordinate and support ad hoc training sessions Other ad-hoc duties ### Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related field. - 3 years of experience in project operations, system coordination, or business analysis. - Knowledge with project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
