Come innovate with us! ### Position Summary The Café Operations team member will oversee café operations on site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations & standards while providing nutritious meals. Team member will conduct internal inspections of operation to ensure all equipment is serviced by equipment maintenance provider. Café Op’s team member will ensure all Samsung Contracted Vendors to support the café are paid for services provided. Café Op’s member will continually survey Samsung staff to provide improved services regularly and ensure all requests have appropriate responses. Café Op’s member is expected to oversee Café Operations Contract by coordinating, reviewing, preparing results to key leadership to support selected decisions. Café Op’s member will be responsible for maintaining budget and finances while dealing with any unexpected cost requests. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Compliance to Health and Safety Regulations & Standards Conduct Inspections of Café Operations Contracted Food Operations Vendor Paid for services. Continually Survey Samsung Staff to Improve Provided Services. Maintaining Budget and Finances of the Café Operations ### Skills and Qualifications Here's What You'll Need: BS degree required Preferred over 5 year’s food service industry experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Outstanding Project Management & Time Management Skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to troubleshoot issues and properly resolve. Must be able to multi-task and keep detailed administrative records.
