## Job description

### Position Summary
- Raise the service quality by analyzing and understanding the business environment and employee's needs and establishing an efficient task process.
- Continue to improve the appropriateness of task-related standards and contracts and optimize resource management by closely cooperating with affiliates and partners.
- Maximize efficiency of the management's tasks by planning and operating various General Affairs-related internal/external events and meetings.

Role and Responsibilities 1. [General Affairs strategy planning] Support the strategy on improving and optimizing the task process by identifying issues related to employee's needs and the business environment. 2. [General Affairs cost management] Make adjustment on the budget management by optimizing sourcing/service contract/cost. 3. [Supporting business management activities] Assist planning and operating various General Affairs-related internal/external events and meetings and supporting the management activities. 4. [Operating facility resources] Assist the affairs related to the efficient operation of facilities and resource management by cooperating with affiliates and partners.

### Skills and Qualifications
- A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways
- May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways
- Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- May mentor or coach team members
