## Job description
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process end-to-end
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning/operations teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with finance for budget control and invoice verification
- Support audits and reporting (e.g., KPI tracking, supplier performance)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and ability to meet deadlines Decision-making under pressure Collaboration and stakeholder management Procurement and sourcing expertise Contract negotiation Supplier relationship management ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, M3, OneERP) Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI) Inventory and supply chain management Cost analysis and budgeting
