## Job description

1. 遵守HSE责任 Follow HSE responsibility 2. 5S management responsibilities 5S管理职责
- Organize and implement 5S inspections 组织并实施5S检查。
- Record 5S deviations during audit and daily inspection/tour, and notify responsible department. 记录5S检查和日常工作中发现的问题，并通知负责部门。
- Push and monitor the deviations correction 跟踪5S发现问题的整改落实。
- Sort the findings and make analysis to identify the main deviation types and work with the 5S pilots for improvement. 对5S问题进行分析并识别主要问题类型，与5S负责人一起改善，
- Update the 5S standards when necessary 必要时更新5S标准 3. IP (Participative Innovation)management responsibilities 参与式创新管理职责
- Regular check the IP validation/implementation status, push IP approval and closure 周期性检查IP的审批和实施情况，推动审批和执行
- Download, check, and wash data for the IP visual dashboard. 下载和处理目视化报告的数据。
- Performance dashboard maintenance and updating. 维护和更新目视化报告
- Quarterly IP activities preparation, such as 准备IP的季度数据和活动，比如
- Extract the individual data, department data, top 10 data, best IP. 相关数据准备
- Inform the best IP owners to submit the IP dossiers. Refine the dossiers and archive them. 准备季度优秀IP的报告
- Purchase gift cards and top 10 goodies. 购买购物卡和相关礼品
- Prepare for the celebration if needed. 准备IP庆祝会议的报告 4. Public Relation Supporting 对外关系工作支持
- Support to select information and data and prepare report draft 支持信息和数据收集，准备对外报告
- Good English reading and writing skill 良好的英语读写能力
- Familiar with Microsoft software, especially dealing with data in Excel, PowerBI skills is preferred 熟悉微软办公软件，尤其擅长使用Excel处理数据，掌握Power BI者优先
- Ownership and Responsible sense, patience to treat details. 具有责任心和担当精神，耐心细致
- Good at communication and team spirit 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
