## Job description
- Working under the primary direction of the Commodity Manager.
- Support the Commodity Management on the preparation of the Supplier Sourcing Committee.
- Manage the workload of the new sourcing part numbers throughout the process.
- Set up part number parameters in the system (Pricing, LT, vendor, MOQ's).
- Follow up the PN permits and buyer assignation process to allow purchase orders placement.
- Coordinate new RFQ's with supplier's and follow up suing Digibuy platform.
- Coordinate multifunctionally with other departments such as Program Purchasing, Engineering planning, M&P, CM, SPM and others.
- Follow up pending actions and blocking points preventing to assign new part numbers withing the timeline.
- Keep up to date tracking files and reporting matrix and weekly performance reports. n/a English fluency to be able to drive meetings and communicate at different levels of the organization. Purchasing, procurement, engineering or planning background preferable.

Good attitude of service. Proficient with Excel, Access and other data management tools. Self-driven personality to achieve the position goals. Knowledge of MAPICS/Powerlink, M3 or other ERP systems. Analytical background and attention to details.
