## Job description
- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the stability and reliability of equipment, and developing plans for continuous improvement.负责对设备的稳定性和可靠性的分析和评估，并制定计划，持续改进。
- Responsible for balancing and managing the maintenance budget and expenses of the department and continuously optimizing. 负责对部门的维护预算和维护费用进行平衡和管理，并不断优化。
- Responsible for optimizing and improving the department's management processes, performance evaluation and work records, knowledge management, and knowledge inheritance.负责对部门的管理流程，绩效评估和工作记录，知识管理传承进行优化和改进。
- Responsible for continuously optimizing and improving the maturity of One Safran in the department.负责对部门的One Safran成熟度进行不断的优化提升。
- Assist in completing department related tasks such as equipment maintenance and repair, spare parts management, etc.协助完成部门有关设备维护维修，备件管理等相关工作。
- Complete the company's goals related to IP, 5S, 20-minute audit, GPI, and other tasks完成公司有关IP，5S，20分钟审核，GPI等任务目标.
- Cooperate to complete various company audits and evaluations配合完成公司各种审核，评估.
- Strictly implement the company's HSE regulations and requirements (as follows) 严格执行公司有关HSE的规定和要求 Good in repair and maintenance Experience and skill 良好的设备维修维护经验和能力 Good HSE knowledge 较高的安全意识 Good in teamwork cooperation and learning skills 优秀的团队合作和学习能力 Good in team management 良好的团队管理经验和能力 Good in communication skill and English level 良好沟通能力和英文水平
