Main tasks include: - Interface with all levels of customer and company organizations - Provide on-site assessment of activities to anticipate issues - Provide a comprehensive report of engine problems and customer requests ### Contribute to product and service improvement - Identify/capture perceptions and needs of operators and integrators in the field - Propose corrective actions and improvement paths - Identify the occurrence of major events - Ensure effective communication within the front office Essential Responsibilities: - Act as the front office for all customer requests - Support investigations (root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.) and closure of quality issues in coordination with the Back Office (Engineering, Quality) - Record all necessary information in information systems - Review, analyze, report, and make recommendations regarding reported engine malfunctions to ensure continuous reduction of disruptions for customers Job Specifics Teamwork and on-call duties.
