## Job description

The Training Administration Intern will support the Training Program Management team in planning, scheduling, tracking, and documenting workforce competencies & training activities. The role will assist in maintaining training records, qualification matrices, learning management systems (LMS), and training logistics to ensure compliance with Safran and aerospace quality requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Administrative Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Create and update training programs
- Track training completion status
- Generate reports and dashboards Training
- Records Management Competency Management Support Training Logistics Reporting and Analytics Tracking KPIs
- Support audit-related data requests Mandatory: Graduate or pursuing final year in Business Administration/Human Resources/Industrial Management/Training & Development.

### Preferred

Learning & Development/HR Operations, Data Analysis Project Coordination

### Technical Skills

Microsoft Excel & Power BI (Intermediate to Advanced) Data Validation Basic Dashboarding Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams SharePoint (Preferred)
