## Job description

### Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working with modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) managing IT projects, preferably within a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

### Additional requirements
- Proven expertise in developing robust REST APIs with a strong sensitivity to security best practices
- Mastery of application deployment processes (CI/CD), as well as demonstrated ability to monitor, analyse, and optimize application server performance
- Familiarity with concepts such as scalability, load balancing, and stress testing will be considered a significant advantage Technical knowledge required: For Web application context, you are expected to be well-versed in:

### Front End technologies
- React, Node.js, JavaScript, JSP, HTML5, CSS

### Back End framework and tools
- SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Tomcat, Wildfly
- Communication Standards such as OSLC (Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration)
- Configuration management and CI/CD processes using GitLab
- Development within VSCode
- Application Deployment using OpenShift
