## Job description

### Challenge / Stake
- Develop the capacity & performance of the tooling team supporting the MRO activities.
- Improve and monitor the performance of the team Responsibilities:
- Ensure reception of tooling on due time
- Monitor conformance and good condition of the tools
- Ensure conformity to standard and procedure
- Ensure availability of tools for supporting operations (condition, calibration, scheduling…)
- Proposing process changes to improve efficiency

### Soft skills
- Work in an orderly and precise way, be reliable in his/her proposals.
- Ability to listen, animate, coordinate, synthesize and formalize

### Have team spirit
- strong relationship with the methods and industrialization, Quality, Operations and HSE teams.
- Leadership to lead the activity and the team
- Know-how
- Ability to lead in a technical and/or complex organization.
- Management & reporting skills.
- Ability to standardize processes
- Respect of cost, budget and schedule objectives.
- Ability to adapt to the new digital environments.
- Advance knowledge of IT tools for the rooters management
