Manager Human Resources for India Engineering Center, Safran Electronics & Defense Bangalore will be responsible for the following activities.
- Generalist HR activities for the site
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Policy Development and Deployment
- Employee Engagement

### Employee Grievance Management Experience
- 15 years Qualification: MBA Skills:
- Overall Human Resource Management
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Good MS Office Skills
