## Job description

The main missions of the SAFRAN Japan Technical Support Representative consist in:
- Supporting our local partner Japan Aerospace Corporation in their engine Maintenance center activities to comply with SAFRAN HE Technical and Quality requirements,
- Supporting the OEM Kawasaki Heavy Industry (KHI) in the RTM 322 MRO activities in accordance with the SAFRAN HE/KHI contract requirements,
- Supporting the OEM Kawasaki Heavy Industry (KHI) for any technical and quality requests related to ARRIEL 2E brand new engines deliveries,
- Contributing in KHI satisfaction for brand new engines activities,
- Contributing to the improvement of the technical referential, proven ability to operate in a multicultural environment Professional experience and/or knowledge of the Japanese business culture and working environmen
- At least a bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering,
- At least 5 years experience in aerospace customer technical support organization,
- Customer service oriented, autonomous
- Meticulous and good analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese and English, (Optional: French)
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Good team player
