## Job description

Preparation of new company authorisations. Renewal of existing authorisations. Amendment/extension of authorisation scope. Withdrawal, suspension and cancellation of authorisations. Maintaining an up-to-date authorisation register. Monitoring expiry dates and initiating renewal actions sufficiently in advance. Personnel qualification records Maintaining individual personnel files. Checking training certificates and qualification records.

Recording basic training, type/product training, recurrent training and relevant experience. Maintaining authorisation matrices. Ensuring records supporting an authorisation are complete before the authorisation is issued. Authorisation administration Preparing authorisation forms/cards/certificates for approval and signature by authorised Quality personnel. Maintaining records of first issue, renewal, revision and withdrawal.

Ensuring the correct scope is reflected in each authorisation. Maintaining traceability between the employee's qualification, training, experience and authorisation. Expiry monitoring Maintaining a central expiry tracker. Providing advance alerts to Quality, Training and departmental managers. Following up on expired or approaching-expiry documents. Preparing periodic status reports for Quality management. Regulatory approval administration Depending on your organisation's scope, this person could also support administration related to: EASA Part-145 approval, FAA Part 145 approval DGCA approval,Other customer or national authority approvals Special process/NDT-related authorisations Customer-specific approvals Company and departmental approvals Quality records Maintaining electronic and hard-copy Quality records.

Document indexing and retrieval. Ensuring records are appropriately protected from unauthorised alteration. Supporting audits by retrieving evidence and records. Maintaining registers and trackers. Audit support Preparing documentation for internal, customer and authority audits. Providing evidence of authorisation status. Supporting closure of documentation-related audit observations. Maintaining audit evidence folders.
