## Job description

We are looking for a professional to lead our team and coordinate logistics operations in Anápolis, Goiás, Brazil, based at Anápolis Air Force Base (BAAN), with a focus on domestic and international transportation, warehousing, and materials management. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, handling, shipping, and transportation of materials.
- Monitor import and export operations and related logistics documentation.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct stock checks, and maintain reliable ERP records.
- Lead and develop the team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Liaise with customers, the Brazilian Air Force, suppliers, and international teams.
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Essential requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership and direct people management.
- Experience in both transportation operations and internal materials management and warehousing.
- Practical knowledge of import and export processes and documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
- Experience using ERP systems to manage logistics operations.
- Advanced English for communication with international teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work in Anápolis and undertake occasional domestic and international travel. Desirable qualifications
- Experience handling high-value or oversized materials and equipment.
- Experience in industrial environments, particularly mechanical or electromechanical operations.
- Experience working at customer facilities and liaising with international teams.
