## Job description

Description Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM IRE Ltd are now recruiting for Trainee Aircraft Mechanics to commence a 12-week training program. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic, highly skilled team, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, offering significant growth potential in the aviation industry.

### Requirements

Suitable candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Candidates must have completed a Leaving Certificate with a technical subject such as Engineering, Construction Studies, Technology, or possess a qualification/background working in a trade such as Motor, Mechanics, Electrical, Engineering.
- A strong aptitude for manual work, with proficient hand skills and competence in using tools, is recommended.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Exhibit a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to a fast-changing environment and be willing to work shifts, including nights.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive security background check.
- Candidates must have unrestricted permission to work in Ireland and to travel freely throughout Europe and the UK.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or over.

### Please note the following
- The initial 12 weeks of the training programme will take place at one of our PAM bases located in the following regions: Prestwick, Kaunas, Wroclaw, Seville and Haan.
- Travel & Accommodation will be provided.
- On successful completion of the training programme, candidates may have the opportunity to take up a position as a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic based in Shannon.
