### What You Will Do

Perform mechanical assembly, testing, and inspection of aerospace products. Follow work instructions, drawings, and safety/quality requirements. Identify and resolve assembly or quality issues. What You Will Learn Aerospace assembly and testing processes. Proper use of tools, equipment, and inspection methods. CORE problem solving tools, 5S, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

### Qualifications

You Must Have High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical/assembly skills. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

We Prefer Experience in aerospace or manufacturing. Technical/vocational training. Experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or inspection. RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
