Collins Aerospace has the capabilities, comprehensive portfolio, and expertise to solve customers’ toughest challenges and to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global market. ### What You Will Do Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines - Work with the production team to meet project targets and deadlines Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics) Maintain LOT traceability and quality control Continue ongoing internal and external training to welding certification requirements - Ensure working environment is clean, organised and company standards Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements ### What We Offer Support towards training and development. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. Continuous Learning and Innovative culture, where curiosity is encouraged and supported. ### Experience Industry specifics/insights, practical/hands-on skills that will be gained, exposure to the latest tools and technologies in the industry. ### Qualifications We Prefer NVQ/City & Guilds or similar vocational qualification in fabrication, mechanical or engineering subject (Time served will also be considered depending on relevant experience) - Proven experience in Final Inspection Experience with inspecting Steel and Aluminium products l Experience working to high tolerance - Familiarity with precision tools such as verniers, digital calipers or measuring gauges Experience in aerospace, motorsport or similar industries is advantageous but not essential - Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Power & Controls: We make modern flight possible for millions of travelers and our military every second.
