The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives. ### Monitor cell performance productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility. Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives. Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing. Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results. ### Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field. 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. English 60% - Ability to speak, read and write in English Qualifications We Preferred: Exposure to SAP preferred.
