The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collaboration Platform Engineer to support and enhance our social collaboration platform and services. This role serves as a key bridge between end users, internal stakeholders, and vendors- ensuring smooth operations, strong governance, and high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about improving our enterprise collaboration platform and processes. ### What You Will Do Leverage deep platform knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex platform issues. Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance on collaboration tools, provision sites, and use technical expertise to develop creative solutions to unique end‑user challenges. Manage and resolve customer requests and issues through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective support Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools to provide insights into platform usage, performance, and trends. - Collaborate with external vendors to gather, refine, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs - Execute and maintain governance processes for the collaboration platform, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to contribute to enhancing overall platform efficiency and increased user satisfaction - Create and follow standard work procedures. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only. ### Qualifications You Must Have A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
