### What You Will Do

Develop detailed designs, 3D models, and engineering drawings for aerospace components and systems using Design tools. Perform design analysis to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly. Lead design projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members Support design reviews, customer presentations, and technical discussions Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in design and development.

### Qualifications

You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical
- Knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings Excellent Computer Skills, especially in Excel and MS Office Applications Good team collaboration skills Highly analytical and very keen on detailsKnowledge in using design software RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
