The Attractions Leadhasa dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry leading service while demonstrating exemplary skills. This position supervisesthe Attraction Monitorsand AquaticsAttendants andinspiresthe team to work to their highest capabilities. This position deliversa flawless guest experienceat all levels ensuring maximum safety,and operational excellence. In addition, the Attractions Lead is responsible to enhanceproduct delivery, generate revenue streams and will ensureoptimum knowledgeis shared with the teamaboutsafety, preventive maintenance, riskmanagement, guest satisfaction,and compliance.
