Partner with service and call center teams to maintain smooth operations. Use data and technology to improve routing, productivity, and efficiency. Communicate across departments to resolve issues and adjust to changing schedules. ### What We’re Looking For Highly organized, accurate, and dependable. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working with processes, data, and changing priorities. Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems. Skilled at coordinating complex routing schedules under pressure. Relentless about meeting commitments and delivering great service. Collaborative, clear, and comfortable communicator across all levels of the business. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems. Agile enough to adjust processes and keep operations running smoothly. We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. ### Preferred Experience in logistics, routing, or supply chain. ### Also Welcome Recent college graduates with customer service experience who enjoy organization, technology, and data-driven problem solving. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time. Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
