We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, who are looking for a place to make an impact. ### Your Responsibilities Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations. Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high-quality output, and cost-efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data-based decisions. Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution. Support operational excellence initiatives Align workforce deployment with defined manufacturing staffing models. Build and sustain a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Manage workforce planning, including hiring requisitions, and structured training programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to enable continuous improvement and rapid issue resolution.
