### The Position 职位 Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责
- Achieve sales target of specific product line in respective region, so as to help achieve target for China 完成管理区域特定产品线销售指标, 进而帮助全国指标达成
- Manage distributors in respective region and work with them on achieving sales target 管理并协同经销商进行临床推广工作
- Regularly monitor sales performance to ensure sales are on track 常规监控销售状况, 确保正常销售
- Develop and implement marketing plan for the dedicated product group 制定并实施所属产品组的市场计划
- Organize seminars/workshop to promote clinical utilities for dedicated product group 组织不同层面的产品推广会议活动
- Build up key reference sites for responsible product groups 负责重点标杆医院的建立
- Develop key opinion leaders to support clinical utilities promotion for responsible product groups 发展并维护学术带头人
- Collect and analyze competitors’ information 收集, 分析竞争产品信息
- Conduct product training 开展产品培训
