The Position Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for event business partner of DA/Franchise; play as single contact, communication bridge and professional consultant in event management. ü Drive mid/ long term ambitions, define and track business/ profitability objectives and outcomes, through enabling strategy and event resources allocation; and supporting funding for business opportunities, E2E event management. ü Ensure DA/Franchise ensure strategy be defined based on key events or planning cycles and event effective run. ü Ensure fully transparency and confirm all events and meetings to comply with compliance, company policy and SOP. ü Provide event and meeting process training regularly for related business team members
- Cooperate with internal & external team (MPT, marketing, CMA, function team, Health care Organization, vendor etc.) be responsible for the implementation of Mega event& meeting and project and ensure high quality implemented and meet for the purpose, in the same time, and to establish solid trust and mitigate potential risk.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset required as well as good stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

### Qualifications and Education

Requirements
- Bachelor degree with major in marketing, business, or science, and master preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the Pharma industry or a related area across business functions and roles & 1+ years leadership experience preferred
- 3+years of experience in event, meeting and project management, PMP certification preferred Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
