The Position Please note that this requisition is for talent pooling purposes and does not represent an active vacancy. Candidates included in the pool will be prioritized for upcoming roles matching their profile Role purpose Leads the development and is accountable for implementation of the medical part of dedicated Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy that ensures better patient outcomes by being timely diagnosed and treated, accelerating patients access through medical\scientific value creation and customer centricity. Accountability for Kazakhstan and Central Asia region Requirements\ qualifications: High education in Medicine is a must Experience in pharma industry at least 5 years (Medical or Marketing roles) Established disease area network and strong stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with HCPs and TAEs is preferred Experience in building medical\scientific exchange, communication and value creation Expert knowledge of disease area\areas and readiness to learn new one Fluent English is a must Knowledge in Real World Evidence (RWE), experience in working with agile methodologies is a plus Position is based in Almaty or in Astana Critical capabilities: Clinical Expertise Environmental expertise (patient journey, healthcare system landscape, clinical practice landscape, etc.) Growing mindset Strategic thinking - Strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in Network (both Roche internal and external) ### Fast learner Responsibilities - Contribute to developing integrated TA strategy aligned to Global strategy - Ensures proactive science partnership with key clinical\scientific experts (regular face to face and online meetings) Unsure building external clinical advocacy - Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic areas to exchange relevant information with thought leaders and healthcare decision makers - Build and leverage relationships with key external scientific and medical customers to understand evolving healthcare trends - Ensures scientific support for PPOCs and other internal stakeholders in frame of TA and assigned products - Act as an expert in TA to provide medical insight and work with the team to develop strategies for medical education Сontribution to launch readiness; value creation and patent access in TA and assigned products Contribution in frame of TA for regulatory\safety outcomes Contribution in frame of TA for value dossiers preparation Accountable for collecting evidence gaps and related needs in TA and ensure their inclusion in global ### Integrated Evidence Plan - Leads RWD activities (in close collaboration with Clin Ops responsible) in TA Leads One Roche approach in close collaboration with Roche Dia in TA Leads MedInfo support in TA Involvement in Affiliate Teams work, Network and Global activities, as required - Provide mentoring Compliance with relevant internal standard operation procedures and external regulation Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
