Provides cost and trend analysis. Supports Metals Operations budgeting process (cost model, SAP uploads, plan presentations). Manages and upskills stakeholders in cost control. Evaluates dept capital projects ($10M or less). Manages and improves financial tools and systems. Provides financial insights and reporting to stakeholders. Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. ### MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 10 years of related work experience. Must have 10 years of experience in each of the following: Finance; and Presenting complex financial or operational data to internal stakeholders. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Mining operations; Financial analysis and financial modeling; Aligning financial initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives in the mining sector; Analyzing business and value chain data, including interpreting complex financial data and making recommendations to support business decisions; Managing multiple concurrent projects, including scheduling, task prioritization, and meeting project deadlines; and Using Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI. ### To Apply Interested applicants must apply through [https://jobs.riotinto.com](https://jobs.riotinto.com) and search for requisition number R62189.
