## Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team:
- Serve as a business partner to the plant manager and act as the point of contact for all financial matters
- Prepare, coordinate, track, and review the business plan in collaboration with relevant departments
- Conduct monthly closing and reporting activities
- Provide support for strategic projects and central controlling issues Active participation in coordination meetings with representatives from sales, procurement, and production to evaluate and improve financial performance Conducting make-or-buy analyses
- Prepare cost estimates
- Perform product costing Pricing and IC pricing tasks Continuous monitoring of KPI-s, KPI reports Preparing cost and efficiency analyses
- Maintain and develop the cost center system Cost allocation
