## Job description

Unterstützung bei der verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte zur externen und internen Kommunikation des Engagements von Rheinmetall bzw. der Divisions Power Systems im Klima- Umwelt- und Naturschutz Assistenz bei der Mitwirkungan der Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung nach CSRD (Europäische Standards für die Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung) Mithilfe bei der Recherche und Konzeption von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten, z.B. in den Bereichen Umwelt, Biodiversität, Wasser, Umweltverschmutzung und Kreislaufwirtschaft Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Nachhaltigeitsbewertungen, z.B.

EcoVadis, CDP, SAQ 5.0 Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung von regulatorischen ESG Anforderungen Mitwirken beim Aufbau eines internen SharePoints für die divisionale Zusammenarbeit zu CSR/ESG Themen Assistenz bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Prozessen
