## Job description

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmens-, Bereichs- und Markteintrittsstrategien zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie Konzeption neuer Geschäftsmodelle im internationalen Umfeld Strategische Steuerung internationaler M&A- und Kooperationsprojekte – vom Start-up bis zum Großkonzern Durchführung und Bewertung komplexer Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Portfolioanalysen Beratung und Unterstützung ausgewählter Führungskräfte auf Corporate- und Divisionsebene bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte Bearbeitung strategischer Ad-hoc-Anfragen des Vorstands
