## Job description

Begleitung der Kommunikation der Business Line an den Schnittstellen zur Business Unit und weiteren Unternehmenseinheiten Initiierung, Steuerung und Koordination von Sonderprojekten & übergreifenden Schnittstellenthemen in Abstimmung Koordination & Überwachung der Vorgänge und Termine in Abstimmung mit dem Business Line Leiter Erstellung von Konzepten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Geschäftstätigkeiten innerhalb der Business Line Planung und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse Durchführen von Recherchen, Analysen und professionelle Aufbereitung der Inhalte sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Planung von Konferenzen und Besprechungen, inklusive Festlegung der Agenda Unterstützung von Kundenbesuchen und Produktdemos Erstellen von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsempfehlungen für das Top Management Implementierung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Business Line
