## Job description

### Fachliche Steuerung & Führung

Fachliche Leitung des Identity & Access Platform Teams, inklusive Aufgabenpriorisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder Plattform-Architektur & Strategie: Design, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Absicherung der hybriden Identity-Infrastruktur (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) sowie Föderationsdienste (ADFS / SSO)

### PKI & Zertifikatsmanagement

Gesamtverantwortung für den Lebenszyklus von Zertifikaten und den zuverlässigen Betrieb der Microsoft PKI-Infrastruktur (ADCS, SCEP, NDES, CRLs)

### Cloud & Hybrid Security Härtung

Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Identity Sicherheitsmechanismen (Conditional Access, MFA, FIDO2, Tiering-Modelle, Schutz vor lateralen Bewegungen)

### Betriebs- & Lifecycle-Verantwortung

Sicherstellung eines stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs der Identity-Plattformen sowie Steuerung von System-Upgrades, Synchronisations-Tools (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync) und Incident-/Problem-Management Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen und Neckarsulm besetzt werden.
