## Job description

### OSS

Unterstützung der lokalen End User und lokaler Ansprechpartner in allen Belangen der IT.

### Applikationsbetrieb

Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance inkl. täglichem Monitoring und Kapazitätsplanung.

### Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement

Pflege von Accounts, Rollen und Zugriffsrechten gemäß Least-Privilege und Compliance-Vorgaben.

### Updates und Patches

Planung, Test und Durchführung von Releases, Hotfixes und Konfigurationsänderungen inkl. Rollback-Strategien.

### Incident- und Problemmanagement

Erstdiagnose, Fehleranalyse, Eskalation sowie Ursachenbehebung und Präventionsmaßnahmen.

### Schnittstellenmanagement

Betreuung von Integrationen (z. B. APIs, Datenimporte/-exporte) und Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Systemen.

### Sicherheit und Compliance

Umsetzung von Security-Standards, Protokollierung, Audit-Unterstützung und Datenschutzkonformität.

### Automatisierung und Optimierung

Skripting, Job-Automation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Betriebsprozessen.

### Dokumentation

Pflege von Betriebshandbuch, Konfigurations- und Change-Logs, Notfall- und Wiederanlaufplänen.

### Zusammenarbeit

Zusammenarbeit mit der PS IT.

### Stakeholder-Kommunikation

Klare Status-Updates, Release-Notes, Schulungsunterstützung und Erwartungsmanagement und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung der Nutzung der Applikation
