## Job description

Wir suchen Sie für die Entwicklung und Integration bildbasierter Navigations- und Lokalisierungssysteme, um unbemannte Flugsysteme auch in GNSS-gestörten Umgebungen oder unter schlechten Sichtverhältnissen sicher und autonom zu steuern.

### Kernaufgaben

Entwicklung und Implementierung von Algorithmen zur bildbasierten Navigation zB visuelle Odometrie, SLAM und Feature Tracking Integration visueller Navigationsdaten mit andern Sensorsystemen IMU, GPS, Lidar über Sensorfusion zB EKF/UKF, Graph-SLAM Entwurf und Test von Navigationsarchitekturen für autonome Flugmissionen Durchführung von Simulationen und Flugversuchen Anpassung und Erweiterung bestehender Open-Source-Frameworks zB PX4, ROS 2, OpenVINS, ORB-SLAM Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus den Bereichen Flight Control, KI-Entwicklung und System Engineering sowie evtl. mit externen Partnern Dokumentation, Codequalitätssicherung und Performance-Optimierung
