## Job description

Bearbeitung allgemeiner arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft einer internationalen Konzern-Holding (z.B. kündigungsrelevante Sachverhalte, Aufhebung von Arbeitsverhältnissen etc.) Prüfung von teils komplexen Rechtsfragen überwiegend im Bereich des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts, aber auch im Individualarbeitsrecht Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von (Konzern-) Betriebsvereinbarungen Unterstützung bei der Vertragsgestaltung und bei der Überarbeitung von Vertragsmustern
