## Job description
- Work with the product definition and marketing team to develop a specification that gives the product a competitive advantage in the IC market
- Develop the product’s system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size Specify the requirements of individual IPs used in the product
- Work with the project manager to define a development plan for design, verification, and layout
- Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan
- Lead a high-quality product development by ensuring that best practices are followed, through thorough peer reviews, and detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development, product engineering, bench evaluation, and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop your team

## Qualifications

MSEE + 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design Fully competent in all common aspects of analog design
- Design experience in precision analog circuitry
- Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes)
- Ability to develop system architectures
- Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations
- Knowledge of all aspects of IC development beyond analog design to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams: understanding the basic digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering
- Ability to see the big picture while not losing track of details
- Excellent communication skills to operate in a global environment Coaching, mentoring, and development of team members
