[Apply on Renesas Electronics’s careers site →](https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/RenesasElectronics/744000146416495-sr-manager-channel-marketing-) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Renesas Electronics](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/renesas-electronics/) / Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing ## Job description ### Job Summary The Sr. Manager Channel Marketing will lead a team and play an instrumental role in Renesas’ mass market business growth, work with internal stakeholders, distribution partners and 3rd party partners to execute marketing activities focus on Renesas system solutions, support solution & NPI (new product introduction) go-to-market. ### Key Responsibilities Act as leader of channel marketing team for system solutions. Leadership to support team development, set right target and drive internal & external resource towards goal. Act as the day-to-day marketing owner for distribution partners. Work with channel distributor partners on co-op marketing activities and assist with managing the co-op budget. Support solution go-to-market activities, including solution launch, internal training and external distribution partners training, key customer project tracking and customer validation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on NPI to ensure stock shows online at distributors by launch date. Review and analyze performance reports to contribute insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities. ## Qualifications BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial, Infrastructure or Automotive field. 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on applications and semiconductors. Experienced in leader role with leadership mindset and skills, understand strategy and resource deployment. Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Experienced in working with internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and 3rd party partners. Excellent communication and engagement skills.
