He should be able to articulate those needs to define product requirements. - Should be able to work across domains to make sure that delivery dates are met. Should be able to work with teams across geographies. - Must have defined multiple Power ICs with Switching Converters, starting from system level specifications and taking them IC level specifications. - Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers. - Must be able to work with the product design team to complete the IC development. - Must be proficient in designing complete switching converters and all involved I/Ps.
