## Job description

Lead a production team to achieve daily quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve daily production goals. Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output. Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other teams to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery. Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety, environmental, and management system requirements.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Good leadership, communication, and people management skills. Basic computer literacy. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets. Good to have Experience in production planning, line balancing, or manufacturing operations. Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or RBA requirements.

Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to delivering results.
